TRIGGER A CALLBACK VIA EMAIL


Basic Callback trigger through email.
Send an e-mail to call@mycallaccount.com
Enter the last 7 digits of your access number right into the Subject field.

For example: If your Access Number is 1 305 845 5520 then you will need to insert 8455520 in the Subject field. Once the e-mail has been sent, our system will call you back and will prompt you to enter the destination number followed by #.

You have the option to include the destination number when sending the email to call@mycallaccount.com


Enter the last 7 digits of your access number right into the Subject field followed by a Number Sign " # " then the destination number.

For example: If your Access Number (DID) is 1 305 845 5520 and your destination number is 0113315555555 then you will need to insert: 8455520#0113315555555 in the Subject line. Once the e-mail has been sent, our system will call you back and you will hear “Please wait while we dial your phone number”.
