SMS Trigger |
Our SMS Trigger is designed to support a wide variety of integrated
callback applications. Below is a complete list of various SMS Trigger
applications and instructions for using this convenient feature:

| A) SMS
Trigger for Registered Callback Customers |
For all SMS Trigger options send SMS to our UK based SMS Trigger
Number: +(44) 77 3659 2284

| 1.
Customers using the same registered callback number
|
Send
and SMS in the following format:
Format: Last7DigitDID#DestinationNumber - (Destination Number
Optional)
Sample: 1234567#011902324445656 - (Destination Number Optional)
In a few seconds, our switching center will call you back at the registered
callback number and will ask you to dial your destination number.
If you want our system to auto dial your destination, you can include
your destination number after the last 7 digits of your DID in the
format described above. This way, your destination will be automatically
dialed as soon as you receive the callback.

Customers using a temporary callback number

Send
and SMS in the following format:
Format: Last7DigitDID#Password#TempCallbackNumber#DestinationNumber -
(Destination Number Optional)

In a few seconds, our switching center will call you back at the
temporary callback number and will ask you to dial your destination
number.
If you want our system to auto dial your destination, you can include
your destination number after the temporary callback number in the
format described above. This way, your destination will be
automatically dialed as soon as you receive the callback.
Important Note: With this option, we use your temporary
callback number only for the call placed. Our system will revert back
to your previously registered callback number as soon as after the
call ends.

| 3.
Change
your callback with SMS
|
Send
and SMS in the following format:
Format: PLast7DigitDID#Password#NewCallbackNumber#DestinationNumber -
(Destination Number Optional)
Sample: P1234567#22333#011445897898#011902324445656 - (Destination
Number Optional)
It is important that you enter letter “P” at the beginning
of the numbers for this option.
In a few seconds, our
system will change your callback number, will call you back at the new
callback number, and will ask you to dial your destination number.
If you want our system to auto dial your destination, you can include
your destination number after the new callback number in the format
described above. This way, your destination will be automatically dialed as
soon as you receive the callback.
Important
Note: When using this option, you callback number will be changed
in the system and it will stay there until you decide to change it
again.

| 4.
Using
Recharge PIN with SMS (Applicable only if you use a recharge PIN)
|
Send
and SMS in the following format:
Format: R10DigitRechargePIN#Last7digitDID
Sample: R2233355555#1234567
It
is important that you enter letter “R” at the beginning of
the numbers for this option.
This
feature is designed for those customers who use a recharge PIN to add
funds to their account. You only need to send an SMS starting with
letter "R" followed by 10 digit recharge PIN and followed by
the # Last 7 digits of your DID (as it is shown above). The funds on
the recharge PIN will be applied to your account instantly. You can
verify this by receiving a callback and listening to your new balance
(if you do not have a balance prompt activated, you can dial *29 to
hear your new balance on the account).

Format: 8DigitPIN#DestinationNumber - (Destination Number Optional)

In a few seconds, our switching center will call you back at the
mobile phone you sent SMS from and will ask you to dial your
destination number.
If you want our system to auto dial your destination, you can include
your destination number after your 8 Digit PIN in the format described
above. This way,
your destination will be automatically dialed as soon as you receive
the callback.
